Anand Pandya is the Chief Financial Officer at Commodore Capital. Prior to joining Commodore, Anand was the Controller at Governors Lane, an event-driven investment management firm. Prior to Governors Lane, Anand was the Controller at Riva Ridge Capital Management LP, a high-yield and distressed credit investment management firm. Prior to Riva Ridge Capital Management, Anand was a Senior Audit Associate at Rothstein, Kass & Company, a public accounting firm providing audit and tax services to alternative investment firms.

Anand is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and earned his BS in Accounting from Montclair State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He graduated as the valedictorian of his high school senior class and was a recipient of the Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars award.

Anand grew up in New Jersey and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
