Nicholas Reid is a biotechnology investor at Commodore Capital. While completing his medical education, Nick worked at Orbimed Advisors and Ascendant BioCapital. He also worked as a medicinal chemist at the Institute for Applied Cancer Sciences at the MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Nick earned his MD from Harvard Medical School where he authored or co-authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications. Nick graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Biochemistry from Louisiana State University, where he was a President's Scholar and a Ronald E. McNair Scholar.

Nick grew up in New Orleans, Louisiana and enjoys traveling, fly-fishing, and music.
